Sam and Founande are a North Dallas–based team actively seeking to acquire and operate a child care business in Texas. They each bring over 10 years of experience volunteering as child care instructors through their local church, where they’ve developed a deep passion for early childhood development and creating nurturing, engaging environments for children.
In addition to their long-standing commitment to child care, Sam has more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology, and Founande has over 7 years of experience in corporate Human Resources. Together, they bring a well-rounded set of operational, technical, and people-focused skills essential to running and growing a high-quality child care center.
They are prepared to begin operations immediately upon identifying the right opportunity. They are supported by a team of attorneys, an accountant, and a buyer’s agent. With funds secured for a downpayment and an SBA loan in progress, they are fully prepared to move forward with a purchase.
OUR MISSION
Having kids of our own and working with a Child Care Service for over a decade, we understand the importance of these foundational years for kids. It is pivotal to their growth and how they turn out in life. Our mission is to provide a warm and nurturing environment where children are safe and grow organically. We plan to continue with the current owners' legacy and build on that to offer an outstanding Child Care Center.
